Lenawee Now is seeking consultants to work within a grant provided by the Economic Development Administration. The project is to provide facilitation and guidance to a municipal group of stakeholders who are challenged by the impact of COVID-19. This economic downturn has created vacancies in their retail sector, specifically grocery and hardware. Residents do not have access to these essential services. Lenawee Now, the economic development group for Lenawee County, has been awarded funding to help businesses and communities recover from the COVID-19 crisis. The award also focuses on building resiliency for businesses and communities so they can thrive.
