This service is for CITY RESIDENTS only and any one caught bringing in refuse will be in violation of City Ordinance Section 9-7 (https://library.municode.com/m...) and as a reminder per ordinance Sec 9-8. No garbage or refuse or rubbish is allowed to be placed at the curbside within the city limits of Morenci unless it was generated in a structure located on the property where such curbside is located.
