Industrial Facilities Exemption
Notice is hereby given that upon application by Gary Beaverson the City of Morenci will conduct a public hearing at 7:30 p.m., March 14, 2022 in City Hall (rear door), 118 Orchard St., Morenci, MI to consider if an Industrial Facilities Exemption Certificate will be issued under Public Act 198 of 1974 to Gary Beaverson, located at 235 Salisbury Street, Morenci, Michigan, 49256 for real property totaling $105,027.58.
The owners of all real property within the proposed district, and other residents or taxpayers of the City of Morenci shall the right to appear and be heard.
