The City of Morenci is excited to welcome back the 2nd Annual Run for the Roses 5K Race & Walk on Saturday, June 6, at 9 AM in Downtown Morenci.
Hosted by the Morenci Downtown Development Authority (DDA) in partnership with the Morenci MS/HS Cross Country program, this event brings the community together for a fun and active morning while supporting a great cause. Proceeds from the race will go toward refurbishing the local cross country course, helping to improve training and competition opportunities for student athletes.
Participants of all experience levels are encouraged to take part, whether running or walking the course. The event offers a great way to stay active, connect with others, and enjoy time in downtown.
