Monday, March 9, 2026 12:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Thursday, March 12, 2026 3:00 PM to 7:30 PM
Please call 517-458-6828 to schedule an appointment. Written appeals must be mailed to PO Box 111, Ottawa Lake MI 49267 by Friday, March 6, 2026 (Postmarks NOT accepted). Appealing to the Board of Review is necessary to protect your right to appeal to the Michigan Tax Tribunal.
As required by Public Act 188 of the Public Acts of 1975, the tentative ratio and estimated multipliers for the City of Morenci are hereby listed by class of property. The ratio and multiplier are subject to the actions of the Assessing Officer and the Board of Review and can be improved at their discretion.
