The City of Morenci is now accepting sealed proposals from qualified firms to serve as the Third Party Administrator (TPA) for the CDBG MI Neighborhood Grant through MSHDA. The selected TPA will assist the City with program administration, compliance, reporting, and other related tasks for the Morenci Home Improvement Partnership (MHIP) program.

Financial Management (including second mortgage/lien processing)
Environmental Review
Procurement and Contractor Oversight
Construction and Labor Compliance
Monitoring and Closeout
