TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURE – CAWLEY ROAD
Sewer Main Repair Project
October 20-24, 2025
Please be advised that Cawley Road will be temporarily closed from Monday, October 20 through Friday, October 24, 2025, to allow for urgent sewer main repairs.
This closure is necessary to address a sinkhole that has developed in the eastbound lane and to ensure the safety of both workers and the public during the repair process.
Closure Details:
Location: Cawley Road (between North Street and North Summit Street)
Dates: October 20–24, 2025
Reason: Emergency sewer main repair due to sinkhole formation
Access: Detour routes and traffic management signage will be in place
While the scheduled duration for the work is five days, the road may reopen earlier if work is completed ahead of schedule.
