The Morenci Town & Country Festival returns for its 45th year with a full weekend of community fun at Wakefield Park. Residents and visitors can expect carnival rides, live music, contests, food vendors, and family-friendly entertainment. Whether you want to join a tournament, ride in the parade, or showcase your talent on stage, there are many ways to get involved. Pickleball Tournament
Multiple tournaments will be held at Wakefield Park on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Brackets are based on age and gender; partners are drawn at random.

Royalty Contest
Open to boys and girls ages 0–18. This year’s theme is Red, White & Blue Stars & Stripes. Held Thursday, May 29 at 5:00 p.m. on the main stage.

Cornhole Tournament
Now hosted by BackRoad Baggers! Held Friday, May 30. $20 per person. Registration begins at 6:00 p.m., play starts at 7:00 p.m.

Festival Parade
The annual parade will be held Saturday, May 31 at 10:00 a.m. All are welcome to participate—floats, groups, and local organizations.

Grass Volleyball Tournament
Co-ed 4v4 adult tournament (18+) with cash prize for the winner. Registration is $100 per team. Taking place Saturday at 1:00 p.m.
