Police Chief Michael Creswell is declaring a snow emergency beginning at 3:00 p.m. today, Friday, January 12, through 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, January 13.
During a snow emergency, parking on city streets is not permitted. Vehicles must be parked on private property or in a municipal parking lot.
