Grist & Saw Mill (stood on site of Stair Auditorium).  In 1846 the mill was moved to this site from Baker’s Corner (Rendel oil tanks now).  Was originally built by Jacob Baker.  Moved by Franklin Cawley. Sold to Ezra Gillis.  Burned in1896.
