Dear Business Owner/Friends:

            I am very excited to let you know about the upcoming Town and Country Festival. The 2011 Festival is scheduled for June 23^rd to 25^th and promises to be one of the biggest and best festivals Morenci has ever seen. In our efforts to make this year’s festival a huge success, we are asking for your help.

            We are looking for Rodeo Sponsorship and/or Donations this year. On Saturday June 25^th, we will be holding a Lost Nations Rodeo, brought to us by Shilo Walden of Hudson, Michigan. Shilo Walden has a very reputable rodeo company and has brought us very high quality shows in the past. We would like to offer you a variety of sponsorship options and hope that one of them will work for your company and your budget. We all know times are tough. Any donation can help make the rodeo possible for this year’s festival!

            Sponsorship amounts under $150.00 will be included in our composite sign. Any sponsorship $150.00 and over, you will get an individual sign to hang at the rodeo on Saturday and along the tennis courts on Thursday and Friday night. There are only 3 spots left for donations of $500.00 or more to get yourself a spot right on the chutes where the bulls are let in and out during the show.

            If you would like to sponsor and/or donate, please send in your donation (please make checks payable to: City of Morenci) and the form attached filled out to my attention, to the address below by April 29, 2011. Thank you in advance for your support!
